Don't know the movie title...?

Ok, I have seen this movie before a while ago... But I forget the title of it and I want to see it again!! All I can really say of what I remember, is that an american soldier is getting tortured by what I think is Iraqis. He's all tied down to a chair and I remember he gets electrocuted from a battery with a metal bead necklace above his ears and under his chin. He got rescued and brought across a border I think. Thanks for the help!!
