how old are you and what is all this "looking" business about? just because you catch someone looking at you doesn't mean they want to marry you like tommorrow! Add some more details, things to include...whether or not you know this guy, if he knows you, is he a friend, how long have you known him and what he is like when you two are together... however, if you can't answer any of those questions, move on to someone who is man enough to approach you and say, " I think you're a nice girl, lets go grab something to eat"....
