Can you get Aids from a person's tears?

If you get aids from peoples bodily fluids, can you get them from an infected persons tears? Like dentists wear face covers 2 not get your saliva in your face, so what if someone cried and it got in your mouth? exactly my pont...... So if you could please answer that =D
