What would you suggest?

I was wondering if anybody has read a book that has really helped them manage their money better? If you could give me the name of it that would be wonderful! Also if you have any money managing tips that would be great too! I don't really have any credit and I'm trying to get some good credit, but I don't have a way to do it. They say that I need a co signer but nobody I know can do it....any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
