First time renting...need advice?

This house is so close to perfect. It has the (huge) fenced in back yard we wanted, a great kitchen, comes with ALL appliances, has a fireplace, 3 bed 2 bath on a quiet street close to our jobs, covered back porch and a party deck! I only have a few complaints...First, the master bedroom would be a tight squeeze, second, the rent is at the very top or our price range and they "just cannot" come down as little as $50. I really love this house and I don't want to lose it but I just want to make sure it would be worth it. HELP!
