Purchased a Samsung Blackjack II from DELL

I purchased a smartphone from Dell because the price was unbeatable. When building my product I came across a AT&T plan selection but I disregarded it because I am on a different carrier. It gave me no warnings for not selecting a plan or for not signing up for a contract. The price looked too good to be true so I searched the Dell site aftter the order had been processed and there was a small disclaimer from AT&T warning that the equipment discount is only available to customers signing up for new contract or if the customers are eligible for equipment upgrade. Am I obligated to sign up for the AT&T plan when it was not listed cleary next to the price of the phone? It did not mention at all that the price is based on discount after signing up for a 2 year contract nor did it warn me of the penalties if the phone is ordered and I don't sign up for AT&T service.
