Is it possible that i could be pregnant anyways?

My period is 3 days late. I have a lot of symptoms: nausea, sensitive to smells, sensitive , my ache (not really tender, they just ache), dizzy and light headed, and a lil crampy. Also my bbt is consistently high everyday. I had a lot of those symptoms when I was pregnant last year which ended in mc. I took a test this morning, but it was a BFN. Also last year I took a test when I was 9 days late and still got a faint positive. Anyone else got a BFN when they were only a few days late, and then a BFP later? Thanks!
