Need help on research topic ideas for air quality.?

I need a research topic that I can carry out. All the ones I'm thinking of are too hard or too easy. I'm only a high school student so I don't have many resources available. I was thinking about doing ozone pollution and its effects on lungs. Obtaining some lab mice lungs and exposing them to an air purifier while recording changes in lungs and time but I'm not sure if that would work. Need some ideas. D=
