One of my bailey on triplet ugg boot has creased and is floppy .. what can i do?

I got my first pair of uggs for christmas.. Bailey on triplet in chesnut color & I love them.. But one of my boot got kind of floppy at the top and it seems thicker and more messier than the other boot.. When I wear them they both look so diff. Cause one looks new the other looks old and worn out... Any ideas on what I can do about the small creasy flop? Its not a big fold but it makes a huge difference in how it looks and I don't like it..pls help. /: ... Would dry cleaning help? Or buying the ugg cleaning kit?
