System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys Missing Or Corrupt on set up!!?

I am about to throw the laptop outside the windows, but i would Rather keep it because it cost money. I have installed Windows XP Home edition onto it. I have tried all three of the NTS..CRUD C: F: ETC DRIVE THINGYS.....But still i get this error message on start up once completed. I have tried safe mode and all that....Stil NO! Then i attempted to repair it....No, the thing doesn't was to work still....In the "Help" "repair thing" i typed dks.../p thingy but still not wanting to to find that dam System32\Drivers\Ntfs.says!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!! MONTHS ON AND IT STILL WORKS LIKE A PIECE OF ASDA TOILET ROLL!! AHHHHHH!!!!
