What Kawa ninja should I get?

Im 6''3 weigh about 170 and am 17. iwant a good starting bike. I saw a cool looking 09 ninja 250r for around 4k. Would i fit it and is it a good price. I also want to know if i should get a 500 or 650 instead and what should the price of that be?
