What is Arthur Blank's stance on the current CBA conflict in the NFL (Falcons fans)?

He seems to reward players for their performances with short holdout (for example Roddy White last year). The team always signs rookie players with rare hold outs, despite their outrageous rookie demands. He seems like a player focused owner. Does anybody know the Falcon's franchise's stance on the CBA conflict? I have always liked Arthur Blank, and I hope he is part of the solution toward the March deadline.
