Teething, HELP ASAP!?

My son (11 1/2 months old), he is teething horribly. I use Tylenol, Orajel, cold fruit, ice pack, water, juice, bottle, sippy, pacifier; NOTHING IS WORKING! What shall I do? Help me? He is moaning and groaning. His grandma is trying to calm him, but he still is so miserable. Please give me some suggestions.
